About me & my vision
Shop allHi, I’m Katrina – a mum of three wonderful children, and an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant working with neurodiverse children for many years. Through Positive Vibe Tribe, I’ve run creative mindfulness sessions for over a year, helping children explore emotions, gratitude, and kindness, always ending with a calming guided visualisation. I realised just how powerful and calming it is when children stop and listen – it’s often their favourite part! This inspired me to create a range of beautiful visualisations children can access at home, anywhere.
With over 10 years of self-study in hypnotherapy, positive psychology, and neuroscience, I’ve seen how listening consistently can rewire neural pathways, helping children become happier, calmer, and more regulated. This power isn’t just for children – guided visualisations have helped me create a life I love, fostering a more optimistic mindset. They can help adults attract opportunities and reach goals by shifting how we see and experience the world. My vision is to bring peace and positivity to families, one mindful moment at a time.
