Calm Christmas for Busy Mums 🎄✨ (10 min Guided Visualisation + Calm Christmas guide)

This was amazing!! My daughter had been struggling to relax and go to sleep, we’ve tried all sorts but this is beautifully put together and sounds so calm, it worked amazingly and she’s asked to listen again. We’re ready to purchase more, thank you so much!!

The resources you create are fantastic and have changed our bedtime routine dramatically! Beautiful experience.I purchased the mediation for my grandchildren.Hoping to help them relax and get some peaceful sleep.I personally struggled not to dose off.I felt my mind and body drifting with every word and visualisation.Thankyou Katrina ,you have such a gentle voice that gives you warmth and a safe feeling inside.
